she told me pls call they i switchofr connection same day. it hardly come at that time.their instruments whether modem wires they are 3rd class.even thismth i tried to remove the connection i called on that how can i remove the connection. but whenever i use that connection its hardly work for 10-15 min then sometimes ADSL not working some time USP not working.
